The runner’s dilemma.

I got a minor dilemma when it comes to time and running. Like everyone else I just need more time to run. In the morning I usually have about 30 minutes to get whatever mileage I can in. If I want more mileage I simply have to run faster and if I feel like taking it slow I just can go as far.

At night it’s a different story. After the kids go to bed I have plenty of time to run. However it takes me at least an hour to make my body calm down in order to go to bed. So if I go on a long run that means I stay up longer and in turn get little sleep.
